Olde Town and the G Line
Olde Town Arvada is the center of it: the historic district around the G Line station, with the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities up Wadsworth Boulevard. The G Line opened in 2019 and runs from Arvada Gold Strike, Olde Town Arvada and Arvada Ridge stations to Union Station.

The neighborhoods
Established neighborhoods close to Olde Town, and newer ones toward the foothills and the Apex Center. Steve has sold homes across Arvada, from a condo near Olde Town to newer homes on the west side.

Toward the foothills
Majestic View Nature Center, the Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge and the Apex Center cover the outdoors and the gym. I-70 and I-76 run to the south and east, and State Highways 72, 93 and 95 reach north and west.

What to check before you offer
- Which countyMost of Arvada is in Jefferson County, but a small portion east of Sheridan Boulevard is in Adams County and Westminster Public Schools.
- Metro district and HOA costsNewer Colorado neighborhoods often sit in a metropolitan district that adds to the property tax bill, and many carry HOA dues. Get both figures in writing before your contract deadlines.
- Older homes near Olde TownAdd a sewer line scope to the inspection and ask about the age of the roof and furnace.
- Near the rail lineIf you’re close to the G Line, visit at commute time.

Where Steve grew up
Arvada will always feel like home to me. I was born and raised here, and I love its established neighborhoods, strong sense of community and easy access to both the mountains and Denver.
