Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using thecalleygroup.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by The Calley Group, a licensed real estate professional affiliated with Your Castle Real Estate LLC, license number FA.100050313, in the state of Colorado.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify or copy the materials beyond personal reference
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any software contained on the Site
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on any other server
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract listing data

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

Real Estate Information & Listings

Property information displayed on the Site is provided through the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) via our IDX integration with IDX Broker. This information is:

  • Not warranted as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Listing data is updated periodically but may not reflect the current state of any property.
  • Provided for consumer personal, non-commercial use only and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.
  • Copyrighted by the listing brokerage and the MLS. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

All measurements, square footage, lot sizes, school information, taxes, and other property details should be independently verified by the buyer. The Calley Group makes no warranty regarding any listing data.

No Real Estate Advice

Content on the Site, including blog posts, market commentary, buyer or seller guides, and home valuation tools, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or specific real estate advice for your situation. Before making real estate decisions, consult with The Calley Group directly or appropriate licensed professionals.

Automated home valuation estimates (if displayed) are computer-generated and are not appraisals. They should not be used as the sole basis for any real estate decision.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, this limitation may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Calley Group, Your Castle Real Estate LLC, and their affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Trademarks & Copyright

The name “The Calley Group,” the Your Castle Real Estate LLC marks, and all related logos, taglines, and visual elements are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. The REALTOR®, Equal Housing Opportunity, and MLS marks are property of their respective organizations.

All Site content (text, images, design, code) not otherwise attributed is the property of The Calley Group or licensed for use, and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice including: a description of the copyrighted work, a description of the infringing content with its URL, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your signature (physical or electronic).

Any communication you send to The Calley Group through the Site (form submissions, email, comments) is non-confidential and non-proprietary unless you have a pre-existing client relationship under which confidentiality applies. By submitting content, you grant The Calley Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of providing services to you and operating the Site.

Do not submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. The Calley Group reserves the right to remove any submission at its sole discretion.

Termination

The Calley Group may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

The Calley Group may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Calley Group regarding use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements.
