Information you provide directly
- Contact information when you submit a form, request a home valuation, save a property search, or contact us by email or phone. This includes your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any message content.
- Property preferences when you use our search tools, save listings, or set up saved searches through our IDX integration (IDX Broker).
- Transaction information when you become a client, including information necessary to complete a real estate transaction (financial pre-qualification status, property details, identity verification, etc.).

- Usage data: pages visited, search queries, time on site, referring URL, device type, browser type, IP address.

- MLS / IDX listing data from the local Multiple Listing Service and our IDX provider (IDX Broker). This data is publicly available and displayed under MLS attribution rules.

All users

- Opt out of marketing: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of texts.
